Hi, I'm Belén — a psychopedagogist, certified kids' yoga instructor, and proud mama to Teo and Kaia. 🤍

I've always believed that childhood should be filled with movement, imagination and opportunities to explore the world through play.

Through my work with children — and my own experience as a mum — I've seen how simple moments of movement can build confidence, spark creativity and help little ones feel calm, connected and free to be themselves.

That's what inspired me to create Pookyland.

Our yoga mats and cards are designed to spark curiosity, encourage movement and bring more joy, play and connection into everyday childhood.
